Development Experience
My development experience comes from the majority of coursework, programming practice, and building my own projects! I’ve also studied Frontend and Backend development, programming principles, responsive web design, and database management.
My coursework has also introduced me to how page structure, styling or CSS stylesheets, browser interactions(functions), server-side programming, and data storage contribute to a website’s fundamentals.
WordPress Portfolio Project
For this project, I’m building a personal web developer portfolio hosted on DreamHost. My work so far includes:
- Setting up WordPress on a dedicated subdomain.
- Customizing the website’s theme and identity.
- Organizing the website into seven main pages.
- Creating and arranging the navigation menu.
- Adding a personal introduction and linked buttons to the Home page.
This project gives me more practice with website organization, content creation, and WordPress customization to another whole!
Game Development Project
Developed a functional Pig Dice App using Kotlin in Android Studio, implementing Roll and Hold controls and a display showing whether the player or computer was leading.
