Pig Dice App
Programming language: Kotlin
Development tool: Android Studio
I built a functional dice game in Kotlin where the player competes against a computer to reach a winning score. Players can roll to build their score, choose to hold when they’re satisfied, and customize the target score needed to win.
Features
- Gameplay against a computer opponent.
- Roll and Hold controls.
- A customizable winning score.
- A display showing whether the player or computer is in the lead.
My Contribution
I implemented the rolling and holding functionality in Kotlin, along with the score-comparison display. These features respond to the player’s actions and show who is currently ahead.
Skills Practiced
This project gave me practice with Kotlin programming, handling user input, tracking game scores, and updating the interface as the game progresses.
